The dual-threat quarterback list just keeps on growing for the Auburn Tigers. Lowell Narcisse, a native of St. James, Louisiana, has established himself as one of the top quarterbacks in the nation for the class of 2017. He is ranked as the country's No. 3 dual-threat quarterback, as well as Louisiana's third-ranked overall player for '17.
Narcisse committed to Auburn yesterday evening, and he would be a superb fit for Gus Malzahn's spread-em-out offense. The 6-foot-3, 200-pound signal caller threw for a combined total of 5,134 yards and 58 touchdowns, while rushing for 2,039 yards and 30 scores during his freshman and sophomore seasons.
Seemingly, Auburn and LSU were fighting tooth and nail to get him. LSU doesn't always let a coveted prospect like Narcisse out of their state. While National Signing Day 2017 is far from near, it's a blessing to gain such a premier quarterback this early in the game for such a large recruiting class. It helps the coaches build the class around the quarterback, and other prospects would want to team up with elite quarterbacks such as Narcisse.
Let's all hope that in a couple more years, Narcisse gets a chance to step up to the plate and showcase his enormous talent.
That's all for now. Until next time, God Bless, and WAR EAGLE!

The Auburn football team has landed another commitment. Receiver Marquis McClain, who is visiting Auburn this weekend, has informed AuburnUndercover that he has committed to the Tigers. The 6-foot-2, 205-pound McClain is Auburn's 12th commitment.
"They're family oriented, they have the top offense in the country, they're losing four receivers next year, and I feel like I can make an impact on the team," McClain said. He is the second receiver in the class, joining Eli Stove of Niceville (Fla.). The two are close friends- and rivals- and, perhaps unsurprisingly, made the trip to The Plains together this weekend. They arrived this past Friday and plan to return home today.
McClain informed head coach Gus Malzahn of his commitment to Auburn early Saturday evening. "I was a little nervous to be honest, but I was excited," McClain said. "They welcomed me to the family. They keep telling me I can possibly play the role that Duke Williams plays."
That's a pretty bold proposition from the team. In another couple of years, we'll just have to see if that's the case.
That's all for now. Until next time, God Bless, and WAR EAGLE!
